If upon receipt you notice any damage or missing parts, please let us know right away and we’ll make it right quickly at our expense.
Otherwise, we’re happy to accept the return for 30 days after purchase. You can begin the return process online by filling out a form at machrus.com/return You can always reach out to our support team for assistance via email, phone or chat. When you complete the online form or speak to our support team, you’ll get a Return Merchandise Authorization number, or RMA#.
Please put that number clearly on the product so we can quickly process your return.
We cannot accept exchanges from our Canada order, they can only be returned.
Please understand that we cannot be responsible for cost to ship the items back to Machrus Brands, and initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customer is responsible for sending the item back to us. We do not provide return labels for returns.
Once you ship the item back to us, please provide us with the tracking information to help monitor the return and issue the refund in a timely manner.
Items must be in new condition. If the product shows marks of previous deterioration or use, we will not be able to provide a refund for the order.
We request that you send us the part in its original packaging.
Just a reminder- please ONLY send back the product after you get an RMA #. If you send it back beforehand, we won’t be able to trace the product to you, and we won’t be able to issue a refund.
